CUSTOM ARTWORK

Unless a separate written agreement specifically transfers ownership, TripXKeke Studios retains ownership of the original creative work, concepts, sketches, drafts, rejected concepts, layouts, and design elements created during a custom project.

Payment for custom work does not automatically transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, resell, alter, distribute, or commercially exploit the artwork.

Any commercial-use or exclusive-ownership rights must be purchased and confirmed in a separate written licensing or ownership agreement.

CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED MATERIALS

Customers retain ownership of artwork and materials they lawfully own and submit to TripXKeke Studios.

By submitting files, customers grant TripXKeke Studios a limited license to access, reproduce, edit, digitize, resize, print, embroider, or otherwise use those materials only as reasonably necessary to review, produce, and complete the requested order or service.

Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use all submitted material. Customers must not submit copyrighted artwork, trademarks, logos, photographs, characters, or other protected content without authorization from the rights owner.

TripXKeke Studios may refuse or cancel a project that appears to violate another party’s intellectual-property rights.

TRADEMARKS

TripXKeke Studios, associated branding, logos, collection names, slogans, and other brand identifiers may be trademarks or protected business identifiers of TripXKeke Studios.

Third-party names, logos, and trademarks appearing on this website belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not necessarily indicate sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
