Terms of service
Last updated: October 1, 2026
Overview
This website is operated by TripXKeke Studios. Throughout the website, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TripXKeke Studios.
These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products or services from us. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services.
By visiting our website, submitting a custom request, uploading artwork, placing an order, or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced on the website.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or purchase our products or services.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when submitting a request or placing an order.

TripXKeke Studios offers products and creative services that may include:
-
Apparel and accessories

Custom apparel and merchandise
-
Embroidery and digitizing
-
Cups and drinkware
-
Logos, banners, and cover art
-

-
Other custom products and creative services
Product colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, printing methods, garment materials, and production processes. We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately but cannot guarantee that every screen representation will perfectly match the finished product.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update descriptions, change prices, limit quantities, or discontinue products and services without prior notice. Changes will not alter an order that we have already accepted unless we contact you and receive your agreement.
Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order because of product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, inappropriate content, intellectual-property concerns, or an inability to complete the requested work.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled portion of the order.
We may contact you by email when additional information, artwork, approval, or payment is required.
Custom and Embroidery Requests
Submitting a custom or embroidery request form is an inquiry and does not place an order or guarantee acceptance.
Before work begins, we may provide a written quote describing the project scope, price, deposit or payment requirements, estimated turnaround time, included revisions, and delivery details.
Embroidery digitizing starts at $25. Final pricing depends on factors including artwork complexity, size, stitch count, placement, garment type, and project requirements.
Production begins only after the required information, artwork, approvals, and payments have been received.
Uploaded Artwork and Customer Materials
You represent that you own or have permission to use every logo, image, photograph, design, character, phrase, trademark, or other material you submit to TripXKeke Studios.
You grant us permission to reproduce, resize, edit, digitize, print, embroider, or otherwise use submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to review, produce, and fulfill your request.
You agree not to submit material that:
-
Infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights
-
Is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful
-
Contains malicious software or unsafe files
-
Violates applicable laws or Shopify’s acceptable-use requirements
We may decline or cancel work that we reasonably believe violates another person’s rights or applicable law.
Uploading artwork does not give TripXKeke Studios permission to use it publicly in advertising, social media, or our portfolio. Separate permission will be requested before we publicly display customer-submitted artwork or a customer’s custom project.
Design Proofs and Customer Approval
When a proof or mockup is provided, you are responsible for reviewing:
-
Spelling and grammar
-
Names, dates, and numbers
-
Colors and layout
-
Artwork placement
-
Garment style and size
-
Product quantities
-
All other project specifications
Production may begin after approval. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and a revised completion date. We will disclose additional charges before proceeding.
Approval does not remove your rights if the completed order is defective or materially different from the approved proof or agreed specifications.
Creative Work and Intellectual Property
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, TripXKeke Studios retains ownership of its pre-existing artwork, branding, production methods, templates, concepts, and other intellectual property.
Rights provided to the customer for commissioned logos, cover art, banners, digital artwork, source files, or other creative services will be described in the applicable quote or written agreement.
Purchasing a physical item does not automatically transfer copyright or ownership of the artwork printed or embroidered on that item.
No ownership or license transfer becomes effective until all required payments for the project have been received.
Prices and Payments
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other approved fees will be shown at checkout or included in the written quote.
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the applicable charges for your order.
Custom projects may require a deposit or full payment before design or production begins. Project-specific payment and cancellation terms will be stated in the written quote.
Turnaround Times and Deadlines
Turnaround times are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a deadline in writing.
Delays may occur if we are waiting for:
-
Customer information or artwork
-
Proof approval
-
Required payment
-
Product availability
-
Supplier shipments
-
Shipping-carrier service
-
Changes requested by the customer
If we cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund as required by applicable law.
Shipping and Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
TripXKeke Studios is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address, shipping carrier, weather, natural disaster, or other event outside our reasonable control. However, we will assist with reasonable efforts to investigate shipping problems.
Risk of loss does not override any rights you may have when an order is not delivered as agreed.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our published Return and Refund Policy and any project-specific terms provided before purchase.
Custom, personalized, embroidered, digitized, made-to-order, and completed digital products are generally final sale, except when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, materially different from the approved specifications, not delivered, or when a refund is otherwise required by law.
Submitting a refund or cancellation request does not guarantee approval. Each request will be reviewed based on the order status, work completed, materials purchased, and applicable law.
Care Instructions
Customers are responsible for following garment labels and any care instructions provided with the product or published on our website.
DTF care instructions apply to DTF-printed apparel and may not apply to embroidered products, drinkware, or other merchandise.
TripXKeke Studios is not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow the appropriate care instructions, normal wear, misuse, excessive heat, bleach, harsh chemicals, or improper laundering.

-
To collect another person’s information without authorization
-
To impersonate another person or business
-
To submit false order, payment, or contact information
-
To copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit website content without permission
We may suspend or restrict access when these terms are violated.
Website Content
Unless otherwise stated, the TripXKeke Studios name, website design, text, graphics, logos, original artwork, photographs, videos, and other content are owned by or licensed to TripXKeke Studios.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially use our content without written permission.
Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may use or link to services provided by Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, or other third parties.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or terms of third-party websites. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms and policies.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information, project descriptions, and uploaded files are described in our Privacy Policy.
Submitting a contact, custom, or embroidery form does not automatically subscribe you to promotional marketing. Marketing signup is handled separately.
We communicate about orders and project requests by email.
Disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and our services available. However, the website may occasionally contain errors or become temporarily unavailable.
Except where prohibited by law, products and services are provided subject to the descriptions, specifications, and written agreements applicable to the order.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TripXKeke Studios will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use of the website or products.
Our total responsibility for a claim relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim, except when a greater remedy is required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Texas, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply based on the customer’s location.
Severability
If any part of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service when our products, services, practices, or legal requirements change.
The updated version will be posted on this website with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter previously accepted orders unless both parties agree otherwise.
